Mission Statement:
RC Education provides the leadership, support, and services that enable RC schools to carry out their mission of forming the next generation of Christian Leaders.
Core Values:
Mutual Trust and Respect Each team member promotes esteem for the gifts and accomplishments of the others. We foster a culture of frank, open, and respectful dialogue. Even if we don't fully agree with someone's ideas, we truly listen to make them feel listened to, appreciated, and understood. We will constantly encourage each other with words and actions, build each other up in conversations with others, and do the same with all those we serve in the schools.
Accountability We deliver on what we have promised, only making changes to our plan after vetting it with the schools we serve. On our team, we accept responsibility and hold each other accountable for the best possible use of the time and resources dedicated to us by the schools. We keep our costs down so that we can keep it that way for the schools we serve.
"Rudy" We have a "Rudy" complex: more heart and more impact than our size. We work smart as a tight-knit team and don't tackle projects that don't make sense. We foster constructive criticism, look for solutions, and always keep a "can do" attitude. The schools don’t exist to serve us; we are here to enable them in their mission of forming the next generation of Christian leaders. We will listen attentively, and do our best to promptly serve their needs and respond to their requests.
