We very excited to introduce a new initiative from RC Education to help our schools with an important issue: RETENTION. At our Leadership Summit last fall, we agreed that the issue of retention is a significant threat to our schools and our mission. There was a collective desire to tackle this issue. We want to keep more of our families in our schools, so we can grow, serve and evangelize! Veronica Fernandez, from RC Schools Network, who attended the Summit, put us in touch with Rafael Monjo who has been successfully implementing retention strategies in our schools in Spain and other parts of the world for many years. His initiatives have been making a difference and he is more than happy to share them with us. We are starting off with a short series of webinars. All members of each school's directive team and leadership team are encouraged to attend. It will take a unified team to improve retention - so please work to have as many of your leaders participate as possible
